New feature is being tested for Instagram

One more feature is being tested for Instagram , making it possible for the user to tag their friends on video. This markup will be a bit similar to the markup in the photos, since in the videos you will have a button that would show all that have been tagged and already in the photo you have an overlay of the image.

Unlike the photos, the video does not appear in the "marked" user profile (when it is marked in the description text) and even with this update it still does not appear, at least not yet, because since this function is in the test phase, it can be that some changes happen before its official release and with that, the videos can also be displayed in the user profile. The Instagram reported that this marking is only available for viewing in the application.

In 2013 the social network made it possible for its users to post videos, so it is strange that this function was not created much longer, because at that time already had this option available for the photos, besides we could also mark people in the stories, something that came up "recently."

Maybe this function is being launched only now because Instagram has started focusing on videos and this is evidenced by the fact that it has launched some video functions, such as IGTV and video chat feature.
